Once this form is submitted, any changes, additions and customization will be billed at an hourly rate of $50 (There is no exception to this rule).

While Master Design is offering you a website as part of your store program, there is an annual cost that you are responsible for to activate your website and email online.  

Annual Domain Registration:    $10.00
Unlimited Email Accounts:         $15.00
Website Hosting on CMS:          $120.00
TOTAL:                                             $145.00 per year

Your domain will be registered in your name and your responsibility.  We can help you with technical support and setup as necessary.
