Welcome to the Fall Season, the rain is belting down while we're working away at Pivotal Concepts.  

Over the summer we completed many projects while also enjoying some down time and wonderful trips to Thailand, Malaysia, Las Vegas and here locally to Osoyoos.  We're revamping our business plan and refocussing with some new strategies and services in place.  So much has changed in the realm of Social Media and Search Engine Optimization and we're doing our best to catch up, strategize and offer these important services to those clients who really want them, understand the value of them and can afford to invest in them.

We are also very excited to be working on some other new projects.  www.indianfusiononline.com has commissioned Pivotal to work on all their print design materials, social media and search engine optimization.

Pivotal Concepts was a Gold Sponsor for www.dtpfundraiser.com for which we created a website, designed the event program and assisted with ticket sales and other sponsor prizes. Ultimately, the event raised $5,000 for the further development of a school in India.

Pivotal Concepts continues to work with it's adopted charity www.blanketbc.com which has made great strides in becoming an official Society.  Many fundraising events and blanket drives are being planned for the upcoming cold season. 

We're also happy to launch www.vancouverlivemusic.ca - an online resource merging live musicians and acts with live music venues.  More on that later!

Pivotal Concepts welcomes Elaine Leung, the newest addition to our team.  Elaine began working with us on an internship and she was so fabulously versatile, hard working and talented that we've decided to hire her full time.

Spring is finally upon us and we're as excited as you are about being blessed each day with just a little more sunlight!

This month we've been busy with projects for a dance entertainment company, a criminal law office, a medical aesthetics doctor and a few restaurants.  We're also keeping up-to-date with the latest changes in social media and SEO tools as the communications industry continues to evolve at an alarming rate.

It's hard to believe it's almost March.  February was very busy as we completed www.pioneerprotectiveproducts.com - the merging of two separate companies and websites with a large product database that needed to be updated.  This was a fully customized site with an integrated admin login page where the client is able to update products on a daily basis.

We also just launched www.goldenlight.ca - a Vancouver-based entertainment company.  We made full use of the new PIVOTAL CMS which features elements including music, slideshow photo galleries, videos, blog, image editing and social media integration.  The client is able to easily update all the content herself.  

We wish all our clients a very healthy, happy and prosperous New Year.  Thank you for all your wonderful support and business over the years.  The holidays proved to be very busy for Pivotal as we were boggled down with website updates, newsletter campaigns, social media workshops and many exciting projects which we are still working on.  

We're currently working on branding and web development for an industrial/safety supply company, two entertainment companies, an international cosmetology school, a professional speaker, a medical spa doctor, a sustainability consultant for mega sporting events and much more.  Very exciting indeed.  

We have many amazing announcements at the end of January - after we return from a much needed vacation in Cuba!  Pivotal Concepts will be closed between January 9 - 18th.  

Pivotal completed the redesign and relaunch of www.ronaldcoleman.ca. Ronald is a valuable long term client who required an upgrade to his site, service offerings, social media and online products.  We look forward to supporting him in all his online marketing endeavours.  

Pivotal launched www.bmchan.com - an international beauty school and salon in Burnaby, BC.  The project included two new logos, a complete website overhaul which will continue to evolve as the weeks go by as well as Social Media integration and newsletter generation.
